In The Cold Room (2014)

 

 

In The Cold Room, premiered at American Dance Institute, is a trio for the women of CKM&A that explores reactions to light, dark and temperature to create an abstract examination of isolations and connection. In The Cold Room features an original score and is played live by electric cellist/composer Wytold.The creation of In the Cold Room was made possible with the support of American Dance Institute, DanceNOW Silo, The Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County, and CKM&A’s Hatchfund Online Fundraiser.

In The Cold Room was reviewed by the Washington Post as "a fast paced kinetic charge that has emotional content, too."
